Michelle loves everything about legal recruitment and search - The list gathering, the compiling of profiles, the initial approach and the shortlisting.

But what Michelle loves most about the search journey is seeing who goes through the rest of the process and seeing her initial calls turn translate into placements and a successful search completed.

 Her first ever ‘headhunt’ in 2005 moved from Adelaide, South Australia to the Cayman Islands. The successful candidate said that Michelle’s phone call changed his life in a way he had never imagined (and he is still there in that job today!).  And, this is why she does what she does.

“There is something very rewarding about presenting people with new and exciting opportunities that they didn’t know existed, but have the potential to change their lives for the better,” Michelle says.

Michelle has a wealth of experience having lived and worked as a professional researcher in both the United Kingdom and Australia since 2005.  

She is highly experienced in identifying and headhunting across the globe, particularly for clients across a range of sectors including; Legal, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, Higher Education and IT.

 Michelle has worked on international assignments for clients in the UK, Europe, Australia, South Africa, the United States, Canada, the Middle East and Asia supporting consultants on both retained and contingent searches.
